An American dinner cooked by Rowan

on the night of the 9th anniversary of him asking me to marry him atop the Eiffel Tower.  After months of fish heads and indecipherable types of fish and things I don't even want to describe here, Rowan's lightly cooked salmon, broccoli, chu-chu (Portuguese name for chayote), and salad of many veggies was mouth-wateringly great!
